Dragons-and-Wolves consists of individuals who have joined together for the express purpose of doing
everything we can to protect children and teens on the internet so that they may safely surf and not be bothered by molesters
or predators.
Dragons-and-Wolves Mission
To observe, record and report the abuse, exploitation or sexual solicitation of minors who participate in online chat
forums.
To assist and protect kids and chatters.
To educate each member of the Dragons-and-Wolves
Family about their computer, hardware and software and provide the latest information that will enable them to best protect
themselves from intrusion.

Rules and the Codes of Conduct of established chat services.
To promote a positive example of behavior at all times

Becoming a Dragons-and-Wolves Member
We are always looking for people interested in joining
Dragons-and-Wolves.
There are thousands of organizations, and Families who each
have a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization or Family
he or she believes in.
The web is a wonderful tool to get info or to keep in touch with family and friends. IM's have
become a dominant form of communication and interaction for adults, as well as for children. However, there are some indviduals
who use the web as a tool to prey on children sexually. They are know as pedophiles.
There are over 24 million children
between the ages of 10 to 17 online regularly. One in 4 of those very same children had unwanted exposure to an image of naked
people or people having sex. One in 5 had received a sexual solicitation or approach. One in 33 had received an aggressive
solicitation (someone had asked to meet them, or called on the phone, or sent them a regular email, or money or gifts).
A
websearch of 26 popular children's characters, such as Pokemon, HeMan, My Little Pony, Beanie Babies, Disney Characters, Nintendo,
and Barbie revealed thousands of links to porn sites.
Pedophiles have little concern for the age of their potential
victim, using email, pop-ups, web sites, and even IM (instant messages) to barrage adults, and children alike, with all types
of erotica and obscenity. Child pornography laws were recently amended to include computerized images or altered picures of
children, and counterfeit or synthetic images generated by computers that appear to be of real minors or that were marketed
or represented to be real child pornography.
Like it or not, we are all engaged in a battle with bad guys on the Internet.
In a perfect world, the Internet would have been designed to prevent - or at least minimize - malicious uses. In the real
world, however, we are reponsible for our own protection. We need to teach our children about specific dangers on the Internet.
Protecting our children is a responsibility that needs to be done by all who surf on the Internet.
